U.N. Security Council committee blacklists Jaish-e-Mohammed founder: diplomats
A U.N. Security Council committee blacklisted Masood Azhar, the head of Pakistan-based militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), on Wednesday after China dropped its obstruction of the move, diplomats said.
