Sudan state TV says armed forces to make important announcement soon
KHARTOUM (Reuters) - Sudan state television said on Thursday that the country’s armed forces would make an important announcement soon as state radio played patriotic music.
The development comes after months of protests against President Omar al-Bashir’s 30-year-old rule in the African country of 40 million people.
